It’s easy enough for your kid to get overexcited and run a battery down when they forget to turn their ride on car off or simply don’t charge it. The 12V car battery is the most commonly used battery for our kids electric cars. We stock a number of 12v electric ride on cars that are perfect for kids to play with. These 12V batteries for kids ride on cars come in a variety of sizes and you should check your user manual to make sure you are getting the correct replacement. The 6FM12 battery is only for XINLEINA brand kids cars.

Why would you need a replacement battery for a kid’s electric car?

As with any battery, the car battery of your kid’s ride on car will eventually need replacing. Even if you have a rechargeable battery, it will deteriorate over time. You may also need a battery replacement if you have a faulty battery or simple because your children haven’t taken care of the battery they currently have in their car!

What battery is best for my kid’s car?

This will depend on the ride on car you own. Please check the manufacturer’s manual that came with your car and the battery currently in the car to see which replacement battery you need. You should also check the dimensions of the battery.

How long does a 12-volt battery last on a kid’s car?

The batteries in our 12V-24V electric ride on cars last for around 40 mins to 1 hour per charge depending on the battery size and ampage. Our 6V batteries can hold around 30 minutes of charge at a time. The overall lifespan will vary depending on the battery, how it’s used and how well it’s cared for.

Why won’t my battery charge?

Lead Acid batteries fall under the category of rechargeable batteries. However, these may not charge well if they are ignored or poorly maintained, not regularly charged after use, charged incorrectly, or reach the end of their intended lifespan. If your ride on car battery is completely dead, you’ll need to find a replacement.
